Please use this form only to update a previously submitted application for the current permit year. This form is not sufficient for applying for permits.
This form may be used to:
- Add an additional vehicle to a previously approved current permit-year application. Example: You already received your permits, but then you purchased a new vehicle. You may use this form to upload the registration for your new vehicle. We will contact you for payment to complete the transaction. If you are swapping permits from one vehicle to another, please also upload a photo of the old permit showing it either cut in half, or otherwise destroyed.
- Submit requested forms to complete a pending application. Example: You submitted your application but did not include your piece of mail. You may use this form to add that document to your pending application.
