For the issuance of the requested permit, I the undersigned, agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the City of Santa Barbara, its officers, employees and agents, from and against any and all loss, liability, charges and expenses (including attorney’s fees) and causes of action of whatsoever character which may or may arise from activities authorized by or related to any permit issued pursuant to this application. The undersigned understands that the City of Santa Barbara does not provide accident, medical, liability, or any other insurance for participants in the Mercado Raíces y Sueños
