Terms & Conditions

  1. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions are automatic grounds for disqualification.

  2. Invoices/receipts must be uploaded for materials for each of the completed projects checked above.

  3. Rebate application must be submitted within 60 days of the invoices/receipts of the irrigation components.

  4. The applicant for the rebate must be the account holder or have permission from the account holder to apply.

  5. The Applicant agrees that City staff may inspect the service address project before a rebate is paid.

  6. The City of Santa Barbara is not responsible for items lost or destroyed in transit through the mail.

  7. Eligibility for a rebate will be based on the application, legible receipts, and account verification.

  8. Once submittals are verified, rebate checks will be issued in approximately 30-60 days.

  9. The City of Santa Barbara is not responsible for any tax liability imposed as a result of payment of any rebates.

  10. Rebate amounts are subject to change without prior notice and based upon availability of funds. Rebate Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Rebates are issued on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability of funds.
